A Centralized Data Landscape for a 360-Degree Perspective
To tackle these challenges, EnBW partnered with Jung von Matt NECKAR and netzeffekt to build an integrated communications platform enabling data-driven communications management.
At the core of the solution was the creation of a centralized data landscape that unified media coverage, social media activity, and content from EnBW’s corporate website. AI was used to enrich this data with metadata, making it possible to analyze and connect communication initiatives across topics and channels.
This foundation enables deeper topic-specific analysis and provides a holistic view of communication priorities.
Three customized dashboards were developed:
